Brenne Organic French Single Malt Whisky was launched in 2012 by the former-ballerina and whisky passionate Allison Patel, collaborating with a French distiller in Cognac. Made from organic malted barley grown in Cognac, this single cask whisky is double distilled before being aged in Limousin oak and cognac casks.

Food recommendations Nose : Complex, unctuous. Initially marked by notes of flowers and exotic fruits (pineapple, passion fruit), it evolves on peat and ash (soot) before becoming marine (salt, iodine, smoked fish) and spicy (camphor, cinnamon).
Palate : Rich, creamy. Smoke, pellets, white flowers and citrus fruits (lemon). It develops on spices (pepper) and red fruits (raspberry, blueberry).
Overall : Long and mineral (flint, slate), it continues on the fine pungency of peat and on liquorice.
