Grand Vintage 2015 ā the maison's 76th vintage ā is the result of an uncertain year marked by a period of dramatic heat, with the hottest temperatures the region has seen since 1961. After six years in the cellar, this champagne has remarkable finesse. Each Grand Vintage collection is the cellar masterās interpretation of the year and, in 2015, the dramatic weather resulted in an impressive yield of excellent red-skinned grapes ā pinot noir, in particular, showed remarkable maturity.
